Top-down or progressive collapse using excavators with shears, pulverisers and breakers.

Can you work after hours to avoid disrupting tenants?+
Yes. Many of our commercial jobs run nights and weekends under approved out-of-hours work permits — common for shopping centres, hospitals and CBD towers.
Do you handle the council approval?+
We don't lodge the DA, but we provide the full Demolition Work Plan, WorkCover notification and methodology that your private certifier or council needs.
How much of the material is recycled?+
On a typical commercial job we recycle 85–95% by weight — concrete and brick are crushed for road base, steel goes to scrap merchants, and timber is repurposed where possible.
